Taxation reform II

Taxation reform is needed for a fair system

What is a taxation reform?

We need to have a tax reform because most of the money is accumulated at the high level of society. The top one percent of the population in Australia has more money than 70% of the population or the top 10% of people have as much as 90% of the population. This is not right. It looks like 90% of people work for the top 10%. As previously mentioned money belongs to people. Made by people for people. You pay more tax because you take home more not because you are smarter or work harder. If you would know how much suffering there is you would not sleep properly. There is a lot of suffering in the social security system and health system where money could help. We need to bring in the tax system of the seventies. Tax top 10% at a higher rate, of 65%, in particular, the top 1%. People who are billionaires and multimillionaires, need to be taxed at a rate of 50% of their money accumulated. If they donate to the volunteer tax account they should be named as contributors, as they do in Norway. The tax department should be accountable and transparent as the 21st-century institutions. Negative gearing and capital gain tax should be abolished. Inheritance tax should be introduced at a rate of 40% for the rich people at the top. Most of the countries in the world pay inheritance tax. If there is somebody out there who is a think tank in Taxation I would like to be contacted via email to further discuss the taxation matter. The above are the changes required to make to move forward to a 21st-century taxation system needed to have a more fair system. Also, the system is so it would not collapse. Where we can take care of people and where we can make some money as retribution for work done. Something I would like to mention and is probably the second time I do that is that there is a culture of not paying tax which needs to be eradicated. Tax is good for a lot of things. Without the tax, we would not be able to do so many things we do. Tax is good. Return to movement page thepeoplewhocaremovement.org
